\nYou are likely already familiar with our RDZ setting machines for large volumes of compression springs.
\nToday, we are introducing the new RDS<\/strong> machine, ideal for quickly, easily, and safely setting of small lots of compression springs.
\nA sturdy structure and a tiltable loading system with plate are just some of the advantages that make this machine flexible, easy to use, and quick to set up.
\n<\/br><\/p>\n<\/div><\/div><\/div><\/div><\/div>

Ease of use.<\/strong>
\nQuick-to-replace tool kits and a user-friendly 10-inch display that guides the operator in setting up the setting cycle, including parameters like force, number of cycles, etc.
\nYou can create recipes for each type of spring in no time, thanks to the auto-learning of dimensions, and optionally save them for future use.
\nThis machine can set springs with loads ranging from just a few dozen Newtons up to 1000N.
\n<\/br><\/p>\n

Operator Safety Without Complexity.<\/strong>
\nA certified SLS system ensures safe machine operation at reduced speeds with the door open, enabling easy and quick setup.
\n<\/br><\/p>\n

Robust Design to Minimize Errors and Damage.<\/strong>
\nThe sturdy structure and advanced electronics prevent mistakes, such as moving the machine when the plate is not correctly positioned, and protect it from overloads.

\nWhile the RDS<\/strong> is not designed for high-volume production (for which we recommend our RDZ machines), it can efficiently handle small batches thanks to features like automatic cycle start upon door closure, the practical spring loading system, and a very high movement speed of up to 200mm\/s.
