Our LED3D<\/strong> instrument has been enhanced with new advanced functions to identify the best compromise between the number of coils<\/strong>, grinding level<\/strong> and shape of the closures<\/strong>.
\nWith these new features, it is possible to measure a spring directly from the winding machine and simulate the grinding process<\/strong>, the spring in blocked conditions<\/strong> or modify the number of coils<\/strong>.
\n<\/br><\/p>\n

The new functions are simple and intuitive; the operator will only have to test a spring and go to the graph analysis section.

SHAPE CONTROL OF THE TERMINAL COILS IN PROCESS:<\/h4><\/span>

In compression springs, the shape of the terminal coils<\/strong> is critical to the spring’s perpendicularity<\/strong> and load capacity.
\n<\/br><\/p>\n

For this reason, the LED3D<\/strong> instrument is commonly used to compare the graphs of the pitch and diameter of the sample spring with the new production, allowing for rapid setup of the winding machine<\/strong>.
\n<\/br><\/p>\n

Today, this control can also be carried out in process, avoiding shape drift<\/strong> during production.
\nWith the PMAR control Software<\/strong> it is possible to measure the deviation in the shape of each terminal coil<\/strong> compared to the set sample.
\n<\/br><\/p>\n

These functionalities are included in the new LED3D<\/strong> instruments.
