We are pleased to introduce a new measurement feature available on the CAL2D<\/strong>, MicroStudio\u2019s production instrument dedicated to the dimensional inspection of springs.
\nWith the CAL2D<\/strong>, you can now instantly measure the angle between the legs of a torsion spring<\/strong>, without the need to create control plans or additional procedures.
\n<\/br><\/p>\n

Advanced algorithm for torsion springs:<\/strong>
\nIn addition to the measurement already available, it is now possible to select a dedicated algorithm specifically designed for torsion springs, which allows you to quickly obtain:
\n\u2022 the angle between the two legs<\/strong>
\n\u2022 the internal diameter of the coil,<\/strong> also useful for verifying the correct positioning of the spring during inspection
\n<\/br><\/p>\n

Magnetic support kit for improved stability:<\/strong>
\nTo ensure correct and stable positioning, especially when measuring springs with a great number of coils, we offer a useful magnetic support kit<\/strong>, designed to facilitate and simplify measurement operations.
\n<\/br><\/p>\n

Availability and updates:<\/strong>
\nThe feature is already available on all new CAL2D instruments.
\nIt is also possible to update CAL2D instruments with an 8\u201d display that have already been delivered.
