NEW SOLUTIONS FOR OPTICAL SPRING CALIPERS.<\/h4><\/span>

The MicroStudio range of camera instruments for fast spring measurement is expanding and being renewed.
\nThe first news is the CAL2D-300<\/strong>, capable of measuring springs up to 300 mm. It offers fast, objective measurements for long springs and includes many new functions, such as counting the number of coils and more.
\nThe second, however, is the new console, which includes additional features.
\n<\/br><\/p>\n

THE CAL2D INSTRUMENT FAMILY IS EXPANDING<\/strong>
\nCAL2D instruments are perfect to be used in the production department: they are easy to move, simple to operate, and provide objective measurements that are unaffected by the operator.
\nThe new CAL2D-300<\/strong> is capable of measuring tension, compression, and conical springs, just like all other CAL2D models. Additionally, it can scan a large surface area of 48 x 300 mm, making it ideal for long compression and tension springs.
\nWe have also improved the CAL2D-16<\/strong> for very small springs (up to 16 mm length), making it also excellent for measuring the diameter of both very small and long springs.
\n<\/br><\/p>\n

NEW MEASURES<\/strong>
\nFor all the models, we have also developed additional functions, including the measurement of concentricity for conical springs, the counting of coils, and soon, the ability to measure the angle between the legs of simple torsion springs instantly.
\n<\/br><\/p>\n

THE NEW CONSOLE<\/strong>
\nThe entire family of CAL2D<\/strong> instruments now features a console with high-resolution 8-inch display that allows you to view the diameters of all the coils, even when there are many.
\nThe more powerful processor enables a quick startup and the ability to connect to any PC software via keyboard emulation (soon also with Bluetooth).
\n<\/br><\/p>\n

The CAL2D-50<\/strong> models, the most appreciated in the department are also always available.
