We are pleased to introduce the new LED2D-M2 camera profile projector, featuring a large measurement area scanned at extremely high speed.
Spring manufacturers often face difficulties when measuring medium and large-sized parts, especially torsion springs, shaped wire parts, or extension springs.
The market does not currently offer instruments capable of performing these measurements quickly: the LED2D-M2 has been specifically designed to solve this problem, and more.
 
The LED2D-M2 is designed to make the measurement process simpler, faster, and more reliable, even for large springs and components:
 

• With the LED2D-M2 instrument, objects up to 500 × 250 mm can be measured in a single shot.
• Measurement is performed by moving the camera: the part remains stationary, allowing very high scanning and measurement speeds.
  Additionally, the measurement area can be easily limited to further reduce cycle time.

• The new V8 Software allows the large measurement field to be used to measure multiple identical parts in a single shot.
  In addition, this new software makes it very easy to create inspection plans, enabling less experienced operators to quickly perform measurements, even without a program.
• Finally, the key advantage of this instrument, as with all MicroStudio instruments, is its integration with the powerful PMAR8 software for measurement analysis and data collection.
