Not everyone knows about our automatic profile control gauge SCR, now renewed and perfect for the final product and for the selection of contaminated lots.
Today we will show you the features of this versatile, fast, and easy to use machine.

Flexibility: the SCR is suitable to perform every kind of 2D measurement quickly and with a high precision on the profile of the piece placed on the glass plate, such as:
– Compression springs from 3 up to 50 mm length
– Torsion springs that can be measured on the plate without supports
– Flat shaped pieces (punched or bended parts)

Detection of the piece: automatically by the camera, without sensor and independently on the orientation that it takes on the rotating table. A second camera for piece height measurement is available.

Software: simple and intuitive; the operator can set the geometries to be checked and the relative tolerances. The instrument selects the springs based on the values read and records them in the statistical management Software.

Loading: the linear vibrator that places the pieces on the rotating table can be fed by a vibrating bowl system or even manually.

Selection: springs selection can be arranged in two ways:
– By two-ways air blast sorter for a fast selection
– By pneumatic 3-ways sorter

Boxes: it is possible to equip an automatic box exchanger system to increase the autonomy and minimize the operator’s commitment.
