Dear Customer,

We have developed two new packaging solutions for our SCR automatic controlling machine, suitable for dimensional inspection of large volumes of springs and small components.

Available packaging options:

• Cardboard boxes
• Automatically sealed PE-LD bags, particularly suitable for delicate components
Both systems use a rotary table, ensuring continuous production and maximum efficiency.

Cardboard box changeover system

• Rotary table configurable to the required box dimensions
• Cover system that prevents batch contamination
• Removal of the full box and final closing/sealing are performed by the operator

Bag filling and sealing system

• Immediate filling and automatic heat sealing to reduce the risk of contamination
• Controlled air injection into the bag to prevent crushing or deformation of components

General features:

• Fast changeover without production stoppage
• Accurate piece count per bag or box
• Option for automatic label printing
• Maximum safety for the operator and the production process
