MXM-OP-01

Dear Customer,
How many times have you had to set some spring sample and to not have a suitable press?
If you have one of our MXM instruments, you can now use the new MXM-OP-01 accessory, which allows it to be used as a safe setting machine for small lots of springs

We have always recommended to you to do not use the MXM instrument as a setting machine, but now with the MXM-OP-01 things change.
This system is mounted on the main cell and protect it from wear or accidental damages.

– Shock absorber equipped with a tilting plate and alarm sensor adjustable between 10 and 18 kN
– One long and one short removable guide pins
– A key for mounting the group on the load cell

Safety sensor which intervenes if a safety limit load is reached, which can be set between 10 and 18kN.

From the PMInterface Software it will be sufficient to enable the “setting mode” and enter the necessary data in the dedicated window.
The instrument will perform one or more setting cycles based on what is set, in this mode it is not possible to measure the spring load.
Once 10kN is exceeded the device will begin to compress, avoiding the risk of overloads destined to damage the instrument and the load cell.
