ASC G-SERIES

Dear Customer,

Over the years, Microstudio has produced more than 1600 pay-offs, mostly used in lines composed of the pay-off and the spring forming machine.
It has not always been easy for our customers to secure the line and create the necessary protections for the safety of the operators.

For this reason, we have created some safety perimeter guards that offers:

• Complete security
• Negligible size
• Easy access for the loading
• Easy to move without fixing to the ground*

The ASC-G family of pay-off is equipped with safety perimeter guards that make securing the line very easy.
The pay-off is equipped with its own safety perimeter guard, designed specifically for itself:

• No space is wasted, the perimeter guard is designed directly around the pay-off.
• An electric lock** guarantees absolute safety even with large moving masses
• A particular doors system allows rapid opening for small interventions but also a wider one to facilitate the material loading
• The perimeter guard is self-supporting, fixed to the pay-off. Each column does not need to be fixed to the ground**

*A single fixing to the ground may be necessary if there is a risk of the pay-off being dragged by the forming machine.
However, there are other solutions than fixing to the ground.
