AUTOMATIC SPRING SETTING MACHINE WITH EXTENDED RANGE AND TRIPLE PUNCH.
Dear Customer,
The new RDZ900 has been enhanced to feature a wider working range, now capable of setting springs with loads starting from 50 N.
In addition, we have developed the triple punch version (RDZ900-TR) to increase productivity when performing three setting cycles or multiples of three.
One product line for all setting needs
With the new RDZ900 and the introduction of the RDZ900-TR, the entire application range previously covered by the RDZ500 is now included, meaning that the RDZ500 will be phased out.
Here is the complete and renewed range of MicroStudio setting machines:
RDZ100: for very small springs requiring delicacy and precision.
RDZ900-TR: higher productivity thanks to the simultaneous operation of three punches.
RDZ900: versatile, powerful, yet gentle — able to handle a wide spectrum of setting loads.
