Our mission is to create solutions for control and quality in the production of springs and small metal parts.
We manufacture products and services based on advanced technologies that are easy to use, intuitive and within everyone’s reach.
This has made MicroStudio a European leader, and not only for measurement and quality control of springs.
Innovation
MicroStudio is a company located in Italy and highly active abroad with consolidated partners around the world.
The company’s strength lies in the internal skills of its 30 highly qualified operators in the various technologies: optical, mechanical, electronic and software.
Our history began in 1988 with the first camera in the world mounted on a spring coiler: the success of this innovation led to the establishment of MicroStudio in November 1991.
The “WIRE 2000” fair in Düsseldorf saw the launch on the market of the LED40 system intended to revolutionise the control method of springs on coilers.
In 2003, the first patent was filed; shortly afterwards, the first load testers were manufactured for springs.
In 2005, MicroStudio obtained ISO 9001 certification and that same year the calibration laboratory was created.
In 2007, the first machine was created to control loads at high performance: the MC54.
On 15th March 2018, the calibration laboratory obtained accreditation: this is the first accredited calibration laboratory for machine testing in Italy.
